In the course of my life, the artist’s path has led me around the globe and to the center of my heart. It has
continually revealed itself to be the most effective way by which I create meaningful connection between myself
and others. While my love of art began as far back as I can remember my formal education as an artist commenced
in elementary school with Sunday afternoon classes at the local art student’s league. My training progressed toward
three and a half years of arts intensive high school in Italy, a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island
School of Design and a Master of Arts Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Naropa University.
My approach to art making is based upon the idea that the creative process in and of itself has enormous potential
to heal our fragmented parts, integrate life changes and bring meaningful attention to our existence. Through the
act of creation we beautify our lives from the inside out and the art on our walls becomes living testimony to what
it is we love and what it is we live for.
Whether you are interested in commissioning new work, personalizing a fine art print, or actually coming in to the
studio for hands-on guidance with a project you’d like to manifest, your request will be given ample care and attention.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or ideas you may have.
