CHANGE POLICY

Once a proof is made for any of the art work offered on this site changes to that proof (save potential errors made by the artist) will be charged at an hourly rate of $40.

RETURN POLICY

If no work has begun on your order you are welcome to cancel it without charge. If you would like to cancel an order that has been worked on, a fee of $75 per hour spent will be charged. Sales on all work offered through this site are considered final. Refunds and exchanges are not available.

GENERAL

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, designs and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Ketubahsource. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ketubahsource, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.

MISCELLANEOUS

Ketubahsource is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee, the timely performance of shipping vendors once your order is shipped from our offices. Ketubahsource is not responsible for any damage caused to your order by you or any other third party, including calligraphers, once your order is shipped from our offices. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this Site. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other portion of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not part of the Agreement.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Ketubahsource. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Ketubahsource also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Ketubahsource' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Ketubahsource, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
